08.00 - 11.00 Implementing A Sustainable World Class Management Framework

Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, without the necessary Management System, are not sustainable Improvement methodologies. Sustainable business improvement requires a complete system yet still most companies do not have the required framework in place to effectively implement the long term transformational process required of the individual improvement methodologies.

Just ask yourself:

  • Are you relying on external or internal experts for deployment?
  • Are you using lots of different improvement methodologies that are not deployed simultaneously across the business?
  • Do you have functional experts responsible for different parts of implementation?
  • Are you struggling to measure the status of deployment across all your sites in real time?
  • Do you have poor visibility of the organization’s implementation road map, for the next 5 to 6 years?
  • Do you suffer from frequently changing methodologies, tools and management?
  • Do not have the entire workforce engaged in CI?

If you have answered yes to 3 or more of these pertinent questions the chances are your CI initiative will not be sustainable. This workshop will allow you to not only identify the gaps in your current program but to help you to build a more sustainable management framework for continued World Class Results.
